Encounters International is happy to announce another Saturday Social at the Riverside Dinner Theater. The social is sponsored by Rollin Wehman, the owner and the director of the theater.

This is the second time Encounters International community has been invited to the Riverside Dinner Theater. The first time we enjoyed a performance of Ragtime . I remember, that the dinner was delicious and the performance was exciting. During the intermission Rollin invited us to visit the back stage. It was a special privilege to his EI fellow members to be able to see how it all happened from behind the scenes.

This time the performance is Hello, Dolly! This musical is very popular in Russia. In fact, it was translated into Russian and the most popular Russian actors and actresses like Tatiana Shmyga have performed in it.

Of course, Riverside Dinner Theater presents the original musical in English. However, the actress, Sally Struthers, has arrived from California just to perform in this musical.

As you all know, typically, we do not require your RSVP, but this time your early reservation is necessary. Not only because it is the end of the season for this performance and the theater will be full, but also, the first 20 people on the RSVP list will receive free tickets, that Rollin has kindly donated to Encounters International. The rest of the tickets are $58.00 each and must be purchased directly from the Dinner Theater.

You can make your reservation by sending a $10 non-refundable RSVP that will be used for tips and gratuities after the dinner. Please send it by check or money order to EI address@ 4244 Blagden Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20011.

Please reserve early, so we could make sitting arrangements appropriately. Don't miss this chance to enjoy a "triple delight" social - a great meal followed by a great play in a world class atmosphere shared together with your potential soul mate.
